Lehman Associates was founded in 2006 by CEO Barbara Lehman. An independent nursing consultant with 35 years in the healthcare industry. Experienced and dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to various sectors with a concentration in skilled and long-term care organizations and private individual requests.
Barbara is highly experienced and proficient in risk management, project management, quality assurance, education, assessment, consulting, education and record review with an extensive healthcare career to include a demonstrated success as an independent consultant, Director of Nursing, and Corporate nurse. This experience has developed a unique expertise in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and laws, and identifying and mitigating risks in the healthcare setting.
